Get to know Bob Mattson

Bob Mattson has farmed and ranched most of his life. Marked by integrity, hard work and creativity, he has also built and renovated ranches, homesteads and residential housing. After years of working as a contractor – both general and sub- and buying and selling his personal properties, Bob decided he could benefit others wanting to buy and sell by offering his services in real estate.

After his devotion to God and his family comes a myriad of interests and activities. Bob loves to be outdoors hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, farming, chasing cows and many other things. After much research and scouring of the Northwest, Bob moved to Idaho to start his own homestead where he can enjoy the things he loves.

Hi everyone! I wanted to give a big shout out to Bob Mattson. He is our realtor and is amazing! He found us a home and negotiated a deal while we are looking at it. As you all know, a VA loan in this market can make it difficult to buy because of all the inspections. We found a house in this market quickly because he is a hard worker. He is licensed in both Washington and Idaho. We have worked with him twice now and had awesome experiences both times (selling a home a year ago and buying this week). We had to sell our home with short notice as we are military and my husband was up for orders. Bob sold our home in 18 days! His professionalism and general knowledge about the market and housing construction helped us get the most money possible out of our home. He even offered to help us with a few repairs that needed to be accomplished. Military transistions can be very stressful on a family but Bob made this process so much easier for us all!
